It’s always a difficult time when someone close passes away and from the moment we met Chris at their contemporary office on Boxted Farm to discuss the arrangements for my late father Ron. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris we always found him to be compassionate, friendly and caring, he was always available to contact and discuss any queries and going as far as collecting items from our house. Chris and his team go the extra mile to make sure everything goes as planned on the day of the funeral. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris at Loved Ones Funerals.

Saying goodbye to your loved one can never be something one can prepare for. For us, as a Hindu family, it was impossible to find funeral directors that understood our rituals and customs until we found Chris & Ritu. They became our family and gave us comfort going out of their way to enable what we needed. We felt safe with them and at a time of grief made some of our most trusting bonds with Loved Ones. I wish them much success.

I was completely happy with the way Chris handled the funeral of my mother.  He was unfailingly compassionate, gentle, courteous and thoroughly professional, which is exactly what I needed.  He gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble.  He helped in every way he could and I liked the fact that Chris came to my house to deliver and collect things.  On the day of the funeral everything went exactly as planned and Chris was a kind and friendly presence.  I would recommend his services without hesitation.

I would like to express my thanks for the extremely friendly, personal but professional way in which you handled the funeral of my late husband Mike. From the first phone call to the final handing over of a fruit tree in his memory you were very approachable and always willing to go the extra mile in order to meet the wishes of the family and make the experience as stress-free as possible.

Chris the owner is an all together nice man. He went out of his way to help us through what was a very emotional time, being the first very close relative (our Dad) to die. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and where as other funeral directors were using zoom calls, our meetings with Chris were all in person. I thoroughly recommend his services.

I can not recommend Chris and Loved Ones Funerals highly enough. Having never arranged a funeral before I was terrified and did not know where to start. Chris took control of everything with compassion, kindness and genuine empathy. Thank you Chris Foster at Loved One’s Funerals for going out of your way to organizing our late Father’s funeral in April this year. Our dear father passed away during the height of the Corona pandemic. As we live in South Africa, we were unable to return to the UK to support our mother and arrange the funeral.

Chris went over and above the call of duty. He not only organized the funeral which was not easy as everything had to be done via emails but he was so supportive to our mother. He helped her through every step of the proceedings and took all the decision-making and worry off her shoulders.

We cannot thanks Chris enough for giving our father a dignified, caring, and fitting farewell and for helping our family during a, particularly difficult time.

Chris and his team were very professional in their approach to my mums’ death. They walked through the whole process in a simple manner. They were always respectful and took our considerations into account. Nothing was too difficult to organize. Professional, caring, kind, and considerate during sad and strange times.

Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful to my late father and my family. Chris went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much. I took great comfort in that my father was well looked after by Loved One’s Funerals and would highly recommend them. Professional, thoughtful, and caring.

With a thousand and one things to think of, your personal care and attention at such a difficult time and in such difficult circumstances relieved us of so much of the stress, and the empathy that you displayed was so clearly genuine that we felt Dave was being seen off by friends, although you were never to meet.
Such a personal service means a lot and the actual service was one that we know that Dave would have appreciated. He always said that funerals were more for those left behind than for the deceased and the service of remembrance of the Dave we knew and loved struck the perfect balance between happy reminiscence and contemplative memory.
You can be sure that we will be very happy to recommend you to others in such a similar sad situation.
