Compassion, Empathy, Care, Sustainable & Transparant.

We are independent Funeral Directors covering Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Warners End, and the surrounding area. We can create traditional funerals, Green funerals with woodland burials, traditional cremations, and traditional burials, or take a more modern approach and assist you in arranging an up-to-date, colorful celebration of the life of your loved ones.

The Covid 19 pandemic has reminded us how much we value living in a world where people care for each other and the importance of feeling connected to the people around us. Therefore, we would like to offer you the opportunity to discuss your requirements in the comfortable surroundings of our offices under no obligation, where they are free car parking spaces right outside the door. We will offer you free advice and we publish our prices on our website so there are no hidden surprises. In addition, we will offer you a cup of coffee or tea and a chance to sit and chat about the choices available to you, and we also donate a tree to the family for every funeral we arrange to remember their loved ones by, just a small token to help protect our planet for future generations.

Loved Ones Funerals

Coronavirus Update

We will guide you through all the restrictions and options that are currently in place when we discuss your individual plans. We will also update you on any changes to the current Government guidance which can be viewed at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-for-managing-a-funeral-during-the-coronavirus-pandemic/covid-19-guidance-for-managing-a-funeral-during-the-coronavirus-pandemic

There are very few restrictions on the number of people allowed into the various chapels at Crematoriums and we will guide you on these during our consultation. From the 25th March 2022, there will be new regulations regarding the registering of deaths and this will convert back to only being done in person at the Registrar’s office and not via a phone call. We can guide you in this process. However, keeping your distance and limiting close contact can help reduce the risk of catching or passing on COVID-19. People who have tested positive may be present at a funeral but must show respect to others by perhaps keeping their distance and continuing to wear face masks. Keeping a distance of 2 metres is strongly advised. We will also allow you to visit your loved ones in our chapel of rest to you can spend as much time with them in saying your farewell before their final journey.

We will guide you through the necessary steps you will need to take to register the death and provide us with the paperwork we need to help you to arrange a truly memorable funeral. We have set up on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead at Boxted Farm. This was a conscious decision as we didn’t want to be based on the high street, rather in a peaceful and relaxed countryside setting with plenty of free car parking right outside. We offer funeral director services to the communities of Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Kings Langley, the A41 corridor, Watford, and all the surrounding villages and hamlets. We can arrange funerals at West Herts Crematorium Watford, Chilterns Crematorium Amersham, or any other location near you.

Both Ritu (my wife) and I have lost family recently, who we dearly loved and cherished, and know the pain and anguish you are suffering at such a sad time. As a result of our own experiences, we decided to set up Loved One’s Funerals. We take an open-minded approach by listening to your thoughts, wishes, and concerns. It is not just about a standard funeral service: we see our role as creating a unique and special occasion to celebrate your loved ones.

More importantly, we will guide you through all the choices you have to assist you in arranging the perfect funeral that is a true reflection of them and their life.

More About Us

We are able to guide you on your options

We create unique, beautiful, and memorable funerals at venues around North London, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas, Watford, the M25 corridor, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire.

Most people don’t know that you don’t have to have a traditional crematorium or burial service, it doesn’t need to be in a chapel or church. You can separate the service from the burial or cremation and hold it a venue of your choice allowing you more time to be with your loved one and say goodbye. This allows you to have a unique and truly special occasion that better reflects your loved one.
