A death does not always happen during office hours. We are available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if someone has died or you are unsure what to do next, you can call us at any time. Our office is also available seven days a week by appointment, giving families the flexibility to visit at a time that suits them.

We Take Care of the Arrangements

Once you have made your choices, we will take care of the arrangements on your behalf. We will liaise with everyone involved, complete the necessary paperwork and make sure everything is in place for the day of the funeral. Throughout the arrangements, we will remain available whenever you have a question, need reassurance or simply want to talk something through.

Chris Foster

Director & Co-founder Chris is the Funeral Director at Loved Ones Funerals and is personally involved in supporting families throughout the arrangements. His approach is simple: listen first, never rush a family and explain the choices available without pressure. Chris will guide you through each stage of arranging the funeral and remains available whenever you need advice, reassurance or simply someone to talk things through with.

Ritu Dhawan-Foster

Co-founder
Ritu co-founded Loved Ones Funerals with Chris and shares the same commitment to providing families with personal, compassionate and unhurried care. She also brings valuable understanding of different cultural and religious traditions, helping us support families in creating funerals that respect their beliefs, customs and individual wishes.

Fozzy

The Cockapoo Fozzy is a much-loved member of the Loved Ones team and can often be found around our peaceful offices at Boxted Farm. For families who are comfortable around dogs, his gentle presence can bring a little warmth and comfort at what can otherwise be a very difficult time.

At Loved Ones Funerals, we have always tried to take an eco-friendly approach to funerals. We offer a range of coffins from LifeArt coffins, which are manufactured using recycled wood products. We also offer a full range of willow and bamboo coffins. We also donate a tree in memory of your loved one for every funeral we arrange.

Cremations

This type of funeral provides a lower-cost alternative to the traditional full funeral service without any fuss while still ensuring compassion and care. Transfer to the crematorium is in our all-electric vehicle. After the cremation, the ashes will be delivered to you at an arranged time and date.
